About the authors

The people behind the books.

One created the work. One writes from inside the questions women are actually asking.

Orlando Owen · The founder

He was never interested in giving people another trick.

For decades, Orlando has worked with people around relationships and intimacy. He has taught the method behind this work since 2007, and is based in Florida. What he saw again and again was that the immediate crisis was rarely the whole story.

A breakup, a fight, or a relationship that has gone cold can make a person reach for the fastest answer. Orlando’s work asks a different question: what has this moment revealed about the patterns, fears, and old pain that make closeness harder than it has to be?

Bernhard Thilo · The writer

He writes to the woman who still wants something real.

Bernhard knows the loneliness of wanting love and not finding it, and the cost of closing after heartbreak. He also knows what a real relationship can make possible. He spent nearly ten years in a deeply significant relationship, where women increasingly came to him and his partner for relationship advice.

Bernhard has studied under Orlando Owen since 2011. Since 2017, he has worked full-time with the method. OPEN and KEEP THE LOVE are his way of bringing that work into a direct conversation with women about fear, intimacy, self-respect, and the kind of love that makes a life larger rather than smaller.

The work they share

Strong women. Strong men. Strong relationships.

Orlando created the underlying work. Bernhard brings it into the books and the women-facing conversation. Their roles are different, but the question they return to is shared: how can two people become more themselves in love, rather than less?
